We do not change your shipping address by email. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out and making payment. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to the wrong address.

Please note that our oversized Shower Panel Systems, specifically the Cascada Aqualuxe 70" Digital Shower Panel and Cascada AquaTech Elite 80" Shower Panel models, require special freight handling due to their size and packaging requirements. As a result, additional shipping charges apply for these items. Shipping fees for these products will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
