Return Policy – Cascada Showers

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased directly from Cascada Showers may be returned for a refund within 60 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • All parts, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
  • You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending items back. Please email us to request an RMA.
  • Custom or special orders are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. Once your return is scanned in transit (or received), we can ship the replacement item.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after inspection of the returned item(s). Please note it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Note: Returns for purchases made on Amazon or eBay remain subject to a 30-day return window.
