Hi, can you run all the spray functions at once, or is it only one at a time?
Yes, you can run all the spray functions at once. This particular system comes with 7-Knob mixing Valve. 1 Knob (Thermostatic) to control the water temperature, 4 knobs to control the four functions of the shower head, 1 knob to control the body spray jets, and 1 knob to control the handheld / Spout. Each knob is independent of the other, so you can open one or more at the same time.

The photo shows mist is included with the showerhead and also body sprays but when you go into the detail area it doesn’t have mist?

I would also like to know. If my water pressure isn’t suffice, what can I do to use this product? Are there any other options?
You would need at least 40-50 Psi waster pressure to fully utilize all the functions for this Shower System.

Is it possible to get a thermostat for this unit? I purchased two years ago and thermostat seems to be not working.
Yes, we do sell spare Thermostat Cartridge. but please note, that these Cartridges last for more than 5 years. Did you try to clean it. To do this, Soak the cartridge in white vinegar for an hour. Remove and rinse thoroughly with water. While the cartridge is soaking, turn on your shower to flush the opening. Also make sure the area in the valve that the cartridge sits into is also clean from any debris.

Can I order more jets and another wall mounted hand held shower spray? If so, can all lie is connect to the one set of controls?
Yes, you can order more jets. We do customized shower design. Make sure the water pressure is at least 50-60 psi to handle the addtional items.

Do you have to mount it to the selling I have a solid concrete house
Yes, it will need to be mounted in to the ceiling, however, you can build a drop box in the ceiling to house it.

I can't get the lights to turn off. Flashing multi color all the time. Changed battery in remote. Does not respond, on continuously. Not sure what's going on.
Hi! For a newly installed showerhead, the LED lights are set to automatically turn on as part of the factory settings.
1.) lf changing the battery doesn't fix the issue with the remote not controling the lighting colors or turning of the lights, the infrared sensor may be blocked, preventing the remote from working. in this case, locate and expose the small infrared sensor and try the remote again.
2.) If the LED lights suddenly can't turn off, and even the LED control app doesn't work, it could indicate a faulty light or transformer.
