Can you use all the jets, handles d Rainfallat the same time
You can use the jets & handles at the same time or you can use the jets & rainfall at the same time. If you need to have all off the functions at the same time then you need to upgrade the control valve to a 4-knob valve which we also have.

There are two inlets (each 1/2" size) from the back of the shower head.

Can it be mounted on an inclined/slanted ceiling?
Yes, it can be mounted on an inclined / slanted ceiling. The Shower Head comes with 4 adjustable ceiling mount arms, and each corner can be adjusted according to ceiling condition.
