What are the knobs for?

The First knob is for hot & cold. Knobs 2-4 for Shower Head, and Knob 5 for hand Held.

I also have six body jets, is this set up with the 5 knobs sufficient or do i need a seperate valve control system and knob?

If you need to add the body jets to this system, then you would need 6 knobs valves. We do also sell 6 knobs valve.

Can you get the shower head only if you are using a different brand/style of valves?

Yes, you can get the Shower Head only, and use it with different brand/style of valves however on one condition which is this shower head would requires 3 separate inlets. Can the light be powered from a standard 110v wall switch? And when powered will it restore the last configured light settings?

Yes, the light can be powered from a standard 110v wall switch, and when powered on, it keeps the same configuration in the memory set.

Do i need to have a wall switch or can be installed without one, so the conection is hot always,will turning on the water turn the lights on?

Yes, you need a wall switch for the lights. It comes with remote control for the lights.

Do you have recommended body jets to use with the wall controller? We want 6 body jets.

If you need to integrate body jets with this system, then you would need to upgrade the mixing / control valve from 5 knobs to 6 knobs. We do sell 6-knobs Mixing / Control Valve. For the recommended body jets, there are two sizes 2" or 4". Please refer to the below two recommended listings:

Is the showerhead come with termostat mixer

Yes, This system, comes with a Thermostatic Valve.

I've seen somebody complain that the unit leaks constantly...has that been a consistent complaint with this unit? How is warranty work carried out?

It does drip for awhile after shut off but that is water in line. Ours does not leak all the time.

Is it possible to have body jets and hand held all controlled separately?

Yes, you can have body jets and hand held all controlled separately by using 6 knobs mixing / control valve. We do sell 6-knobs Mixing / Control Valve.

What's the optimum height to have this installed at? Our shower is extra tall.

Standard height for this shower head would be at 80" to 84" above the finished floor surface, and it could go as high as 108" - 120" (9 -10 feet) without affecting the way the head works.

What are the dimensions of the 5 knob valve and does it come with an enclosure box for the valve mechanism

About 15 inches. And do not comes with an enclosure

Does it come with the panel control or should we buy it separately?

It does come with the panel control valve. You will get what you see in the photo. Complete system, all you need is to provide the rough in plumbing pipes as per the plumbing diagram.

I only received 1 package with the accessories but no shower head. Is there supposed to be a 2nd package?

Yes, usually we send in two different shipments due to the big size of the shower system.

Is this available in other finishes?

Yes it comes with other finish like Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brushed Nickel & Gold, however there is a lead time of 4-6 weeks for manufacturing. Also the cost is about 40% more. If you need additional information, please contact us.

Is polished stainless the same as chrome?

From the look of it, the polished Stainless Steel looks same as Chrome but the material is Stainless Steel.

This unit comes with a 3/4" inch lines. my lines are 1/2". it's going to be very costly to replace the lines. will pressure be ok with 1/2" lines?

Yes, 1/2" would be sufficient, as long you have at least 40 psi water pressure.

Does this product contain lead?

No

Since this is made in china, is it fully compatible in the u.s.?...plugs, etc.? is it complicated for a plumber to install?

its all good to use in US and not difficult to install for a qualified individual.

How high should showerhead be off floor?

For the shower to be functional and suit all family members, the shower head should be installed approximately 78 to 108 inches above the floor.
